How it works
Forward any broker email, listing alert or deal to your intake address. The Sluice reads it, pulls out every listing in it, and matches each one against your Buy Box. The Dredge also searches the open web against the same Buy Box. Deals that fit come back to you at the email you signed up with.
Want it hands-free? Set a forwarding rule in your own email so broker mail goes to your intake address automatically. You can turn it off anytime. Your address is shown on the last screen and in your welcome email.
